Overview. By using d1fab.com and placing an order you agree to these terms. We sell welding and metal-fabrication tools and equipment.

Products. We do our best to display products and colors accurately, but actual items may vary slightly. Prices and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.

Pricing & payment. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Use of products. Welding and fabrication equipment can be dangerous. Customers are responsible for using all products safely, with proper training and protective equipment, and in line with local regulations. D1 FAB is not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse.

Intellectual property. All site content (logos, text, images) is the property of D1 FAB or its suppliers and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, D1 FAB's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
