Shipping Policy

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time. Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses. Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after processing, depending on your location and the item. Larger items (welding carts and machines) may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier and customs delays can occur.

Shipping cost. Rates are calculated at checkout. We run free-shipping promotions from time to time.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact us.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or stuck packages. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, reach out and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Customs & duties. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.
