Refund & Return Policy

If something's not right, we'll make it right.

Return window. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable. Used consumables (wire brushes, soapstone, contact tips) can't be returned unless defective.

How to start a return. Email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it and send a replacement or full refund.

Damaged or wrong item. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return needed in most cases.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected (or your damage claim is approved), we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before they enter fulfillment.

Non-returnable. Clearance/final-sale items, gift cards, and used consumables.
